Aventra legal & privacy

Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 September 2026

About these terms

These Terms govern use of Aventra, a software product operated by Security Consultants and Mitigators Ltd. Separate written commercial terms agreed with a customer take priority where they expressly conflict with these Terms.

Authorised use

Customers may use Aventra for legitimate business growth, customer acquisition, communications, sales and related operational activities. Customers must provide accurate information, keep account access secure and use Aventra only for activities they are legally entitled to perform.

Customer authority and approvals

Aventra may prepare or automate operational work, but provider connection, campaign approval, publication, communications, advertising spend and other material actions remain subject to the authority and controls applicable to the customer's workspace. A connected provider account does not by itself authorise unrelated execution.

Third-party services

Aventra may connect to services such as social, email, advertising and other business platforms. Use of those services is also governed by the third party's terms, permissions and availability. Customers must maintain any third-party account, consent, licence or billing arrangement required for the capability they choose to use.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use Aventra to break the law, impersonate another person or business, bypass provider permissions, distribute unlawful or deceptive content, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access, or conduct activity prohibited by an applicable provider.

Customer content and data

Customers retain responsibility for content, instructions and business data they provide. They grant Security Consultants and Mitigators Ltd the limited rights needed to host, process and transmit that material solely to provide, secure and support Aventra and the customer's authorised operations.

Intellectual property

Aventra, its software, branding, documentation and platform materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms grant a right to use the service, not ownership of the platform or its underlying technology.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Aventra available and secure, but availability can be affected by maintenance, infrastructure, external providers or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change as the service develops, with material changes managed consistently with applicable customer commitments.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that requirement and any separately agreed commercial terms, Aventra is provided as a business software service and Security Consultants and Mitigators Ltd is not responsible for decisions or actions taken outside the authority, evidence or controls supplied through the service.

Governing law

Unless separately agreed in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
